The United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has certified to us the following issue: Whether under Idaho law a mechanics lien filed under Title 45, Chapter 5 of the Idaho Code must include an acknowledgment, pursuant to I.C. § 55-805, in order for it to be properly recorded. We hold that it does not, and never has.
